Fix “summary of elements to provide Sopht”

Introduction

In order for Sopht to be able to access the billing data from Google Cloud, you first need to activate data export in BigQuery.

How are the accounts structured in general? Is it relevant to share the structure with Sopht? ⇒ Provide an architecture diagram?
Should the data be filtered? By entity, BU, geographical location?
Provide the monthly invoice amount. This allows us to verify if the data is consistent in a second step
Is there sensitive information that needs to be anonymized? Or not retrieved?

To view this billing service and configure the export, you need to have one of the following roles:

Billing Account Cost Manager
Billing Account Administrator.
To set up BigQuery, you need to have the role: BigQuery Administrator (roles/bigquery.admin).

Go to the "Billing" tool in the GCP console
